US Series Transmitter using US-XX Series Electronics The USonic provides a non-contact Ultrasonic measurement in a 2-wire 4-20 mA, Hart output signal with internal characterizations for Open Channel Flow, Level, Distance and Volume. A 30 ft. measurement range with 0.15% accuracy. Suitable for all Class I Div. 1, Zone 0, I.S. or XP locations. SmartGain circuitry ignores most internal vessel obstructions.

Ultrasonic level measurement

Ultra 3 and Ultra 5

Ultra 3 and 5 represent the leading edge of ultrasonic level measurement and control. Sophisticated, full function controllers with either 3 (Ultra 3) or 5 (Ultra 5) control/alarm relays. Wall, fascia, panel or rack mount, Ultra 3 and 5 units provide large displays with intuitive and straightforward menu programming. An Ultra system consists of a control unit and a transducer, which may be positioned up to 500 metres away. Both Ultra 3 and Ultra 5 have the option of bus type digital communications and data logging and, coupled with the dB series of transducers, measurment ranges from as little as 75mm right through to 40metres on solids or liquids.

Ultrasonic level measurement

IMP is self-contained level measurement with style. Easy to install and a doddle to program and calibrate, IMP is available in 3m, 6m and 10m range versions and can be simply configured as either a 2- or 3-wire device.

Sludge Finder 2

Sludge Finder 2 Is a proven effective sludge blanket interface monitor in both waste water and industrial applications. Sludge Finder 2 provides a continuous level indication and 4 20 mA output of interface height from the tank bottom along with relays for alarm or control use . Sludge Finder 2 monitors SBR tanks, primary or secondary settlement tanks down to 0.5% density.
