The LM80 features advanced timing and sophisticated signal processing for pinpoint accuracy at up to 100 m (330 ft.) for level applications and up to 150 m (500 ft.) for positioning applications.

The measuring laser uses invisible, infrared light. There is a second, visible aiming laser to help with the alignment of the measuring laser. The laser beams have very little divergence so that accurate targeting is easy even in silos or vessels that have internal structures.

The LLT100 is a high performance laser transmitter that accurately measures level, distance and position over short and long ranges. It is a non-contact, level measuring instrument designed for industrial applications and harsh environments.

It provides continuous, non-contact level measurement capabilities for process automation and inventory management in industries such as mining, aggregates, oil and gas, chemicals, food and beverages, power, pulp and paper, pharma, and water and waste water.

VM3D volumetric laser scanner

The VM3D is a laser volume product used for inventory management and automated stockpile management.

The VM3D Scanners are unlike single point level transmitters; they take into account the shape of the surface, accurately calculating the effects of "cone-up", "cone-down" or irregularities on the material volume.

This 3D volumetric scanner system measures the volume of material stockpiles stored out in the open or in large structures like silos, bunkers, domes and sheds for the following applications:

  • Mining - for ore stockpiles, particularly for expensive metals like gold, silver and platinum 
  • Fertilizers - for granular type fertilizers; potash, urea ... 
  • Food and agriculture - sugar, grains ... 
  • Coal bunkers at power plants 
  • Other bulk chemicals 

By integrating accurate laser technology into a network of scanning instruments, complex surfaces can be mapped accurately. 

The system makes use of remote monitoring and data processing services to guarantee data integrity to the level needed for confident stock management and precise auditing.
