To house monitoring equipment and provide secure storage of chemicals, valves, and meters, Openchannelflow offers serveral different series of Fiberglass Equipment Enclosures.
Our Redstone series of enclosures are designed to provide low profile, top access storage in a range of widths and heights. With a high gloss finish, Redstone Enclosures are aesthetically pleasing and blend into the background.
Unlike competing equipment enclosures which rely on chains to hold their tops (and which can accidentally close – particularly in windy conditions), each Redstone Enclosure is provided with dual gas struts to keep the top of the enclosure open – ensuring operator safety.

When you need to protect pumps or equipment—but not with a full walk-in shelter—Openchannelflow offers a range of drop-over enclosures to suit diverse needs. Fiberglass drop-over Pump Enclosures provide controlled access to pump equipment, plus protection from the elements, tampering, and theft. They are easy to install and customize for your specific application.

Need something more than just a bare enclosure? All Openchannelflow enclosures can come with a long list of HVAC, electrical components, and other special features factory installed before delivery, reducing installation time

While many of today's automatic samplers tout NEMA 4X housings, the need to house and protect them hasn't gone away.
The primary areas of concern were: Operator access Stability in high winds Safety Versatility insulated refrigerated sampler enclosure Gemini sampler enclosures have a gullwing design that fully opens, allowing the operator unfettered access to the sampler's important components. Sized for future sampler growth, the Gemini Enclosure's door is sufficiently large to act as a weather hood – protecting operators from the elements while they go about their work. With such a large door, our thoughts went to wind stability and operator safety, so to secure it, oversized dual redundant gas struts are used to support the door. The gas struts securely anchor the door to the enclosure body and are sized to allow the door to open with minimal effort. Gemini Enclosures are insulated and available with a range of accessories to customize them to your particular site needs.

The Gemini 2 has a flip-top / gullwing design that provides excellent operator access. The enclosure is designed for all of today's current portable samplers, including:
Legacy samplers, like Teledyne-Isco's 3700, also comfortably fit inside.
In addition to the samplers themselves, the Gemini 2 was designed to have enough room to house all of the components that a monitoring station might need, including: flow meters, rain gauges, and batteries.

To protect flumes in above-ground applications, Openchannelflow integrates small flow measuring flumes into our range of Redstone Fiberglass Equipment Enclosures. The turnkey design allows the enclosure to be dropped in place and requires little site preparation.
Integrating the flume:
Safeguards the installation - restricting access to the flume and flow meter sensor
Reduces the likelihood that the flow meter sensor is accidentally moved
Provides a clean, neat, and professional installation
Improves chain-of-custody for the meter and its measurements
Fiberglass Flume Enclosures are commonly used to measure industrial effluents and green roof runoffs but are a great solution where a flume needs to be secured.
